(Brussels) The EU Court of Justice supports the EU Commission’s decision not to submit a bill of law, as part of the European Citizens’ Initiative “One Of Us”, which, with over one million signatures, asked that embryos be protected in all the things the EU does. The EU Commission – according to the Luxembourg-based EU Court – “has adequately explained its decision and has not committed any gross mistake in its judgement of the case”.
